How do I order items with Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?

At this time we do not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, as well as PayPal.

Do you accept international credit cards

BAIT.com accepts international credit cards via PayPal for All International Orders.

How do I use my Store Credit?

If you returned your order and exchange for store credit, your store credit can be used toward your next order. Simply place an order and store credit will automatically applied during checkout.

What is PayPal?

Can I Pay with PayPal?

Yes, you can pay with PayPal! PayPal is the preferred payment method. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, and you can still use your Debit or Credit card.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. All international customers must checkout using PayPal. Currency conversions will be completed during checkout, and is subject to current conversion rates and international transaction fees that PayPal may charge. You will be shown the price in your preferred currency before you are asked to finalize your payment.

Can I Pay with my Credit/Debit Card?

Yes, you can pay with your credit and/or debit card! To pay with your card, please checkout using the PayPal or Secure Payment checkout options.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I return an order for a refund?

If for any reason you receive an order from BAITME.com that you are not completely satisfied with, you have 14 calendar days (2 weeks) to POST-MARK the order to return it to us for a full refund less shipping fees.

Of course, if you receive the wrong or damaged order, shipping fees are also refunded.

How long will it take to receive my refund for my return?

We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your return before the refund is posted in your account.

What if I receive an order I’m not happy with?

Is BAIT.com’s merchandise Authentic?

Yes! All of the items listed and sold on our website are authentic products of their registered trademark. We do not sell fake or replica merchandise.

We acquire all our inventory directly from the Trademark Manufacturers or Authorized Dealers.

Where does BAIT.com get its Shoes and other Merchandise?

We acquire all our inventory directly from the Trademark Manufacturers or Authorized Dealers.

When does BAIT.com restock?

We receive and post new inventory on our website 3 to 5 times per week. Unfortunately, we do not have specific restocking dates for any items. Our representatives will not be able to answer when or if an item will be restocked.

If the item that is sold out is no longer on the New Arrivals page, it most likely will not be restocked. In the event that it is restocked, it will be re-listed on the New Arrivals page.

How can I get an item that’s currently out of stock?

Unfortunately, if an item is listed as out of stock, not listed, or a specific size is not listed, we do not have it in stock and it cannot be ordered.

Can BAIT.com place a special order for me for an Out of Stock item?

At this time we are unable to complete special orders. The only items available for purchase are those listed on our website in the available sizes. If an item or size is not listed, it is not available for purchase.

If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the ‘Retrieve Your Password Here’ instructions on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

We’re located in the golden state of California, USA.

Can I Sell my shoes to or on BAITME.com?

Due to the stark rise in fake and replica merchandise, we no longer purchase items from individuals. We acquire our inventory from only the trademark manufacturers and authorized dealers.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

How can I get My clothing or brand line on BAITME.com?

If you know your brand will sell on Baitme.com please submit your information to marketing@bait.zendesk.com

Make a good impression by composing a professional email. Make it easy for us to make an informed decision by attaching a catalog with pricing brackets and details. Feel free gloat about any accomplishments your brand has achieved, your sales figures, stockists, and documents to back your claims.

We’re very selective about the merchandise we carry. So please do not be completely discouraged if we do not respond to your inquiries regarding carrying your brand. If we do not respond to your email within 10 days, unfortunately, at this time, BAITME.com is not ready to carry your brand.

Does BAITME.com price offer wholesale or bulk order discounts?

While we are not a wholesale retailer, we sometimes offer team-sale discounts. If you’re buying a large quantity of the same or similar style item for a team, please email us your inquiry at teamsale@baitme.zendesk.com

Does BAITME.com price match?

At this time we do not price match. All prices listed on our website are our best and final price.

If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please submit an urgent request. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, please submit a request, chat with us online, or call us.

When will My Order be Shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date payment for your order is received. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following business day. Orders placed before 2:00PM PST with UPS Overnight usually ship same day. To expedite the processing time, it’s a good idea to have your order shipped to the same address as the billing address of the card used for the purchase. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You cannot track your order until you have received your tracking number.

Can I add another item to my order once it has been submitted?

Once you have placed your order we will not be able to make any changes.

How do I check the status of my order?

For order details, simply go to the My Account link and log into your BAITME.com account. You will be able to check on the status of your order and find any tracking numbers.

Do you do back orders?

BAITME.com does not do back orders.

Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?

The selection on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.


 
 
 

SHIPPING

How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?

Please contact BAITME.com’s Customer Care Specialist immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order. BAITME.com’s Customer Care Specialist is available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM PST at 1-909-627-6001 or submit your request here.

Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders before the order has shipped.

Once an order is canceled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.

How long does it take for delivery?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from the date payment for your order is received and cleared. Please check here for more details.

Who does BAITME.com use to ship my order?

We ship using UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders being shipped within the continental USA to a home or business address (excludes PO/APO/FPO or other “non-physical” addresses) are delivered by UPS.

International packages, PO/APO/FPO, and all other regions outside the continental USA are shipped using the United States Postal Service.

Can I use a different carrier to deliver my package?

At this time you do not have the option to choose your shipping carrier. The shipping agency we use to ship your order is automatically determined by the destination location.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We offer shipping to several international destinations. Please check here for more details.

Are there International Taxes/Duties? What if you Mark my package as “Gift”?

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

While BAITME.com does not collect any tax for international orders, your order may be taxed by your country’s customs department. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional taxes. For more information on Import Taxes/Duties, please contact your local Post Office.

Unfortunately, we cannot mark your package as “Gift”.

Do you ship to PO Box?

Yes we do.

For optimal delivery service, please include both your PO Box number and a physical street address for the shipping address. Orders with only a PO Box in the shipping address can only be sent via USPS and may take up to 12 business days for delivery.

Here’s how “street addressing” with USPS P.O. boxes works. Instead of putting “P.O. Box 100” as the street address, box holders can now use the street address of the post office followed by the box number.

For example, “1000 Main St #100”, 1000 Main St being the street address of the post office where P.O. Box 100 is located. The USPS will deliver mail addressed in this manner to the P.O. box. Note: You must follow the USPS guidelines for “street addressing” or the item will be returned to the sender. For example, you cannot use “suite” or “apt” or “room” before the box number in the street address.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other U.S. Territories, such as Puerto Rico or Guam?

Yes, BAIT.com does ship orders to these locations. All items going to those locations will be sent via USPS.
